There are plenty of people among us who like the idea of camping, but when it comes to the nitty gritty-ness of the outdoors — they bug out. No shame in that; mosquitos are non-compliant, flat ground ain’t great for your upper back, and the lack of a proper heating system in the autumn and winter seasons can be a real deal breaker. To whom these sentiments apply, we humbly extend an olive brach. Enjoy the resplendence of nature from a place of comfort in a fairy tale setting at this treehouse village in Oak Openings Park Metropark.
The Treehouse Village is located on a 500-acre Beach Ridge Area of Oak Openings that offers four private treehouses varying in size and occupancy capacity as well as three tent/hammock platforms available for rental.
While staying at the village, visitors can entertain themselves with Oak Openings’ many amenities, including: mountain biking their 2-3 hour Beach Ridge Singletrack Trail, paddling out on their Maumee Kayaking Adventure, and going on a guided hiking/backpacking adventure topped off with a campfire snack!
Cannaley Treehouse Village also offers an assortment of packages (romance, catering, and photo) available for visitors!
